Ellington
Marc Ellington, a Marketing, Tourism
and Management Consultant, has provided the project
with his extensive experience in the field of Traditional
Skills. Marc has been fundamental in setting up the
Scottish Traditional Skills Training Centre at Fyvie
Castle.
Peter
Cameron
As Historic Scotland’s Regional Works
Manager at Fort George, Peter was instrumental in setting
up the training facility at Elgin Cathedral workshops. In 2005 Mr Cameron was awarded a Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Fellowship and later that year visited Germany, France and Spain as part of a fact finding mission to investigate how these countries deal with issues of masonry conservation skills.
