History
Haddo House dates from 1732 and was designed by Scottish architect William Adam. It has been home to the Gordons of Methlick and to Earls and Marquesses of Aberdeen since it was built.

Leadwork
The lead roof at Haddo House was completely replaced by Adam Wilken over a 3 year period. in all the project took 73 tonnes of lead to complete with guttering alone measuring almost 1/4 of a mile.
